At Neyah Meraki, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the personal nature of perfumes, essential oils, and face mists, we do not accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns will only be accepted if:

  • The product received is damaged during delivery
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product packaging is defective or leaking

Return Request

To request a return, please contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Order details
  • Clear photos/video of the damaged or incorrect product

Refunds

Once the issue is verified:

  • A refund may be processed to your original payment method, or
  • A replacement product may be offered based on availability

Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on the payment provider.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds or returns will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Personal fragrance preference (liking/disliking the scent)
  • Opened or used products
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
